Courage is inherently linked to who we are and how we bring change in our own lives, but also in the lives of those around us.
At UiPath Foundation, courage is about the soul we put into our thoughts and actions. It's about solidarity and compassion, about potential and opportunity, about adaptability and resilience.
For us, courage means being present with balance in the lives of the children and families we support. It means reacting quickly when challenges limit the chance to a better future.
Since January 2019, we have been learning about courage from our volunteers, from community partners, from children and their families, from teachers and school principals, from board members, donors, collaborators and supporters.
Courage is what we build together, step by step, for a future where there is room for everyone, regardless of the social environment you come from.

With every story of courage discovered in the report – of the children in our educational programs, of our strategic partners, of mentors and volunteers and of our team, we have tried to convey our message about COURAGE - that was and will be a source of energy for the future! Thank you for going through the entire collection of stories about the programs and initiatives that try to generate a long term change. We, at the UiPath Foundation, will continue to be present in the lives of the children we support, to help them discover and make best use of their potential, and to ensure that every child or teacher has access to quality learning to be able to dream for a better future.
