Future Acceleration Program

About the program:

The Future Acceleration Program is our flagship intervention at UiPath Foundation and it focuses on enabling underprivileged children, aged 11 to 16, to access their inner courage to understand and develop their potential. We have built a holistic approach that nurtures children's educational motivation and takes the burden of poverty and marginalization through a 360 degrees package of support. Through this program, together with our strategic partners in the areas where we intervene – in Romania: Bucharest, Ferentari (Policy Center for Roma and Minorities), Galați County (Inimă de copil Foundation), Vaslui County (Bună Ziua, Copii din România Association), Botoşani County (Pro Patrimonio Foundation) and Cluj County, and in India,: Bangalore (Dream a Dream) - we provide children enrolled in the program with an integrated long-term support package, which responds to the challenges and shortcomings they face. This package consists of monthly scholarships, educational activities, clothes, stationery items, medical services, and the digital equipment they need to participate in the online activities.

What we do with our partners:

We build in synergy educational contexts where we highlight the extraordinary potential of children and give them the tools they need to discover it and become aware of it, with confidence and courage. The horizon of the children in the program expands with every hour spent in online lessons, with each activity they participate in and with every smile or word of encouragement they receive.
